Farrah C. Fiacco

Farrah C. Fiacco joined the firm in January of 2026. Ms. Fiacco is primarily handling Corporate matters, Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, Wills, Municipal matters, and Personal Injury matters. Prior to joining the firm she gained valuable experience at another Capital Region firm. While there, she primarily engaged in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice litigation, Estate Litigation, advising municipalities with regard to NYS Freedom of Information Law, and defending public school districts against due process complaints.

Ms. Fiacco received a triple-major Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Elmira College in 2021. (Legal Studies, Psychology, and Criminal Justice). Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2024. While in law school, Ms. Fiacco was the President of the Women’s Rugby Team and the Vice President of the Italian American Law Students Association. She also competed in various moot court competitions, notably advancing to the octo-finals for both the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling Competition, and the Anthony V. Cardona Senior Prize Trials. In her final year of law school, Ms. Fiacco was the Director of the Veteran’s Pro Bono Project where she organized events in which free legal consultations were provided to Veterans in need.

Ms. Fiacco is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Capital Region Women's Bar Association, and Capital Region Italian American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
